sports-analytics
the measurement system that retired its own signals. pre-registered thresholds, settlement-graded outcomes — and the scorecards concluded no prop edge survived. underneath: nine sportsbooks watched in parallel, consensus-outlier detection, and the settlement archive that made the verdict possible.
-
homelab
a 16GB-GPU inference node behind an openai-compatible contract — one endpoint, and the harness, job-finder, chat UI, and dashboard all swap model backends without code changes. supporting cast: 16 docker containers on one box, sha-pinned gitops cd with rollback by re-dispatching an older sha, nightly backups to raid, custom three.js dashboard.
-
opportunity-harness
paper-only, multi-domain edge factory. LLM-proposed connector code is gated through static analysis, sandboxed execution, byte-identical determinism replay, and live-engine integration — shadow deployment is the terminal state. every signal is pre-registered and graded against realized outcomes.
-
harness city
one file-cited map of the whole homelab, rendered three ways — a metro map for tracing flows, a three.js night city with bloom for the feel of it, and an isometric city with a guided "follow the payload" tour.

harmony museum
redesign in progress for Historic Harmony, Inc., a nonprofit historical society preserving nine properties from the early 1800s. tour booking, a 28-stop self-guided walking-tour map, venue rental, and a shop — all photography served from the museum's own 2019-era asset library, capped at 1024px, which drove the crop and layout decisions.
